Customer Service Specialist with German (C1)

All of Poland - Remote Work

Your daily tasks will include:

Handling technical, formal, and administrative customer inquiries, as well as complaints in German and English.

Providing information about our business partner to existing and potential customers via phone, email, and chat.

Ensuring that all customer contacts are efficient and effective, in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Updating the customer database and documenting actions for future interactions.

What we expect from you:

Language: Excellent command of the German language (C1) and English language (B2).

Experience: It's great if you have customer service experience, but if you don't, we'll teach you everything.

Education: Technical education is preferred, advanced computer skills are a plus.

Personality: Enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
